Where is your Head Office located, what are your office hours, and how do I contact Promark Preferred if I have a question?
Our Head Office is based in British Columbia, Canada and our office hours
are now nine to five, seven days a week. We are an international marketing
company answering a large number of enquiries from different time zones.
For those reasons all communication with our company to you, the public, other agents and professionals will be by email. We try to answer all emails as soon as possible. If you need an urgent response we will prioritize your email and one of our "Promark Support Coordinators" will get back to you.
HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
1) Complete the applicable areas on the Professional Listing Order Form shown below and submit it to us.
2) After we receive the completed Order Form from you we will send you a PayPal Invoice for payment. (We accept payment through PayPal including all major credit cards. No PayPal Account is needed.)
3) After we receive your payment "WE WILL CREATE YOUR PROFESSIONAL LISTING" for our site.
4) Your "Specialist Branded" listing will be added to our site within approximately 5 to 7 business days.
5) We will notify you by email whenyour listing is active on our Global Incentives Travel Agent Directory.
6)Contact Us to "Edit" or "Update" your Professional Listing (within its total text listing limits) at anytime.
