What happens after I order a listing?



Agents usually ask us what they need to do after their International Profile Listing is active on our website.
We get it you're busy!  You don't want to spend all of your time marketing yourself worldwide and not selling
homes.
The answer is you don't have to lift a finger because we do it all for you. We sell you. You sell homes.

Once you have completed the order form for the Profile Listing you want, we take over. We will fully design and
position a Custom Bio / Profile Listing on our site and implement the benefits associated with the Profile Listing
you chose which includes doing Specialist Branding, Targeted International Marketing, Linking, Other Directory
Submissions, Coordinating Optional Kickstart Packages and
more. We want you to dominate your local market.

Unlike some of our competitors, you are not required to set anything up or spend days doing time-consuming
functions related to our marketing. We do all of the marketing for the Profile Listing you chose and you do the
follow-ups to potential buyers and sellers.
Most importantly, there will be no irritating high-pressure sales calls
from us every week for upgrades or extras.That's not the way we do business or help you to be successful.




Okay I'm in. How do I place my order?



1) Start by creating your free account and then select the Profile Listing you prefer from the seven International
Profile Listings shown on our "
All Profile Listings" page. Branding is key. Differentiate yourself as a specialist.

2) The next step is to click on the "Order" icon shown for the Profile Listing you have chosen and complete the
applicable questions on the order form. Note:
Ordering a Kickstart Package "Add-on" (now or later) is optional.

3) Consider adding an Incentive for your (L2 or higher) Profile Listing page. Indicate the one (or ones) you want
on the order form. All incentive ads are optional and can be added, changed or deleted by you at any time.

4) Next, click the "Submit" button shown on the bottom of the order form you have just completed.

5) Your order will automatically include the free "Extra Bonus" that is shown for the Profile Listing you chose.

6) After we receive the completed order form we will send you a PayPal invoice for payment.

7) You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for your order. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
or American Express to pay for your order "through PayPal" which is recognized as a safe and secure site.

8) Enter our email address on PayPal when paying for your order which can be either of the following:
promarkpreferred@gmail.com or you can enter promark4sales@gmail.com

9) We will let you know when we receive your payment from PayPal. Your Profile Listing will be active on our
site within approximately seven business days of receipt of the completed order form and your payment.

10) All communication is by email. We are not a call center. We are an international "email-response-based"
marketing company located in British Columbia, Canada - about a two hour drive from Seattle, Washington.
Our goal is to create successful long term business relationships with specialist real estate agents worldwide.



How do I make changes to my listing?



You need to use our "Change Form" to edit your Profile Listing. There is no need to fill in the entire form,
just enter your name, email address and the changes you would like to make in the appropriate fields.
Why isn't all editing automated? It's because we believe in providing one-on-one personalized service.

After we receive a completed "Change Form" from you we will make the changes that you have requested
to your Profile Listing. We will notify you by email when they have been done and let you know when the
revised Profile Listing will be active on our site. (We also do periodic basic updates for your Profile Listing).

If you prefer, you can email the changes you would like to make to your Profile Listing. Send you email to
promarkpreferred@gmail.com and reference it: "Profile Change Request". All changes are subject to our
approval and will be made approximately four business days from your notification. We reserve the right
to edit your text for content and length for your listing. Please
